Antique Gramophone with Copper Horn Wind Up 78RPM
Lovely old gramophone in working order, oak timber base with 3 side window panel with thick glass,
large copper horn and swedish steel mechanisms, scroll like designs on handle.
There is a stamp inside the base - made in germany, made with high class swedish steel, a image of a man maybe a company logo
Lots of spare needles in oak base. The turn table has a velour type fabric in beige colouring.
The gramophone is half original the mechanism is antique the handle and turn table, winder, the copper horn has been replaced and there for a reproduction as is the oak base,
it has been replaced and again reproduction. The actual gramophone is approx 1900's, it does work you wind up handle and will play but you need to help turn table spin at consistant speed
this could be due to dust on old records, needle old and rusty and just needs a good clean out.
A stunning piece hard to come by these days a great collectors piece.
